Shipping & Returns

 


Domestic Shipping

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

Shipping charges are based on the size of the product, packaging, and shipping address. Final charges will reflect under shipping charges upon check out. We ship the orders within 2 days. and maximum delivery time is one week.


Non-Availability On Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 3 (three) times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.


International Shipping

Currently, we do not process international orders. Although, if you really love our products we’re happy to assist you. Please write to us on zimikstudio@gmail.com. with your order request.

International Shipping will be borne by the customer including duties and applicable taxes


Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at zimikstudio@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NOTE: We don’t accept returns on any sale or discounted items.


Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges                                                                                 

We do not offer any exchange services. If you’re not satisfied with the product you can return it and place an order again for a new one.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

In case of COD, please make sure to add your bank details in my account and we will refund the balance directly to your bank account.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your debit/credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations

For Cancellations please contact us within 12 hours of placing the orders online.


Requests received after dispatch details and tracking code sharing will not be cancelled.
